Hardware often includes installing chimney caps to help keep rain and animals out, but there is a large amount of things (and sizes) that we install and better to have an inspection to see what exactly is needed.

Repairs of the outside are going to be needed just by how much weather in Michigan changes, ice can cause lots of damage this of course is only one reason chimneys need repairs but often the weather is the number one factor.
